Raymark's Health Monitor
Raymark’s Heath Monitor is fully integrated with Raymark’s
Xpert-Series™ suite and monitors system activity in real time for loss prevention and fraud detection purposes.
Based on conditions defined by system administrators during the implementation process, the application creates alerts validated against database or hardware rules.
Staff members are sent alerts when agents are triggered via email. These alerts enable the retailer to react more quickly to system discrepancies, faulty transactions and security issues.
The system includes a module to consult alert history and generate reports, as well as escalation procedures and various severity levels.
Monitoring can be done from anywhere via Internet connection. Virtually any piece of information gathered by the retail management system
can be monitored using Raymark's Health Monitor.
