The Advanced Staff Management module is designed to empower retailers to be on the cutting edge of talent management.

Commissions can then be awarded based on a combination of sales goals reached, performance thresholds and staff positions.
Reports are readily available and are easy to use, showing commission calculations by date, actual vs. real amounts, and this year/last year comparisons.
