know your business through an in-depth review of your current
business flows. Using this methodology, we look for opportunities
to help make your processes more efficient.
Your Raymark project team thoroughly documents the decisions
taken during this review and details each of your business
flows.
These documents will be used to:
- Configure your system
- Complete a gap analysis
Once our Procedural Review Meeting is complete, we will know how
