Raymark Solutions Selected by Major League Soccer Team

Raymark is pleased to announce that the Montreal Impact soccer team has selected its store, merchandising, reporting, web integration and mobile solutions to be deployed across all its Montreal boutique locations, including the Olympic Stadium and new Saputo Stadium scheduled to open in June 2012.

The 2012 Montreal Impact season will be the club's inaugural season to Major League Soccer, the top flight of North American soccer,” says Stéfanie Bureau, the Montreal Impact’s Branding and Merchandising Director. “We were searching for retail solutions that could support all the ventures we plan to launch in accordance with our newfound involvement in Major League Soccer. Only two weeks after signing with them, Raymark had already successfully deployed their solutions in one of our stores, reinforcing our belief that we had made the right decision by selecting them. Microsoft’s Retail Industry Executive Will Roche Joins Raymark

  Raymark is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Will Roche to the position of Senior Vice President. Roche is a passionate, creative leader who has been heavily-involved for the past three years in the conceptualization of Raymark’s customer centric CRM solution built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Having attended Clayton State University and Harvard Business School, Roche brings with him 33 years of IT experience garnered at both IBM and Microsoft.

RMN-Grand Palais selects Raymark’s store solutions

Raymark is pleased to announce that the RMN-Grand Palais is its newest client, with over 40 locations including the Louvre in France.  The RMN Grand Palais is a world class, international organizer of expositions and cultural productions with museums across France including the Museé Orsay and Château de Versailles has selected Raymark’s retail software Xpert-Series™ 2012 to manage its network of museum library-boutiques.

ISR Magazine features case study on Raymark’s valued client Light Bulbs Unlimited

Raymark is featured in the October 2011 issue of Integrated Solutions for Retailers Magazine as part of a case study on valued client, Light Bulbs Unlimited. The case study “Single Database, Simple Integration Pave Way for Growth” showcases how Light Bulbs Unlimited overcame their struggles of working with eight disparate retail platforms by choosing Raymark’s integrated retail solution.

Jake Gersowsky, CFO of Light Bulbs Unlimited and its owners evaluated eleven retail enterprise software providers, and ultimately selected Raymark’s Xpert-Series retail management software. The system was chosen for ease of integration to their financial systems and because of the customized, accurate reporting available. This was vital to Lightbulbs’ success, as Gersowsky says, “data accuracy and solid reporting are improving the continuity of the business, and we’re confident that’s increasing our valuation.”

Raymark Featured in Apparel Magazine

Apparel Magazine’s June issue featured an article on “Tackling the Complexities of Merchandising and Allocation Planning”. Raymark’s President, Marc Chriqui provided insight on what retailers must focus on when faced with the challenges of multi-channel retailing. “Retailers must take a more integrated, customer-centric view when planning their inventory” states Marc. “This requires planners and buyers to look at sales trends, as well as more detailed information including consumer demographics and cross-channel buying patterns”.

Raymark SPEAKS out on Customer Centricity
