Raymark’s President Marc Chriqui talks customer centric retailing in the Spring edition of SPEAK magazine, Microsoft’s industry magazine for technology in retail, consumer industries and hospitality. The article ‘Changing the Game’, is a strategic call to action for retailers to be proactively customer centric by delivering tailored services and employing an integrated CRM system.
