Raymark Launches New Clienteling Solution in Europe

Raymark launched its new Clienteling solution, developed on Microsoft's Silverlight platform, in Europe last month with a feature spot at Microsoft's European sales conference in Denmark and an exhibit at Equipmag, the most important retail technology event in France.  

Raymark president Marc Chriqui was asked to give a presentation at the Microsoft conference, highlighting how the solution enables retailers to engage with consumers in new and innovative ways within the four walls of the store. Following the conference, our exhibit at Equipmag 2010 in Paris from September 21st to the 23rd included:  

· A Technological Track: the unveiling of our new Microsoft Silverlight-based architecture for PC and tablet applications

· A Customer Relationship Track: our new customer-profiling Clienteling application

· A Supply Chain Track: latest version of Raymark’s Supply Chain suite with new applications such as Assortment Planning and Distribution

Retailers were very enthusiastic about the new customer engagement possibilities offered by the solution, and look forward to acquiring a deeper level of knowledge about their customers and acquiring the ability to offer them more personalized promotions and service.
