The retail software industry’s highly regarded RIS News Software LeaderBoard, has once again named Raymark among the top 20 "super achievers" in the retail software industry. Based primarily on customer satisfaction levels, the 2011 RIS Software LeaderBoard has more charts and breakouts than ever before.
In addition to achieving a coveted Top 20 spot overall, Raymark also ranked in the Top 10 for Mid-Size Vendor Leaders and Leaders in Total Cost of Operation by Mid-Size Retailers.

Raymark is very excited about its continued global expansion, this time in Asia with a new office in Wuhan, China. This follows the move of Raymark’s Shanghai office to accommodate its 60 plus employees in 2011. Raymark’s Wuhan office operates a staff of 10 employees, working in Research and Development, Quality Assurance and will continue expanding to manage Raymark’s first line support offering.

Raymark is pleased to announce that the RMN-Grand Palais is its newest client, with over 40 locations including the Louvre in France. The RMN Grand Palais is a world class, international organizer of expositions and cultural productions with museums across France including the Museé Orsay and Château de Versailles has selected Raymark’s retail software Xpert-Series™ 2012 to manage its network of museum library-boutiques.
Details of the licensing agreement include the use of Raymark’s Store solution to manage point of sale and store operations. “Raymark is privileged to have a client as prestigious as the RMN-Grand Palais.
