New Account Manager to Further Raymark's Customer Service Initiative

In keeping with Raymark’s focus on customer service, we have appointed a Customer Account Manager, Alexandre Azevedo, who is dedicated to further developing and fostering our relationship with our customers. 

With over ten years of retail, software development and customer relationship management experience, Alex has the background required to both understand retailers and help them derive the most from their retail solutions.

Alex will be contacting customers regularly to ensure that they are satisfied with the level of service they are receiving from us, as well as keeping them informed on our company direction, trainings, webinars and modules.

Europe’s largest supplier of athletic footwear and sports apparel selects Raymark’s hosted software and services solution for its EMEA franchise retail stores

Headquartered in Germany with hundreds of stores projected throughout EMEA, adidas was searching for a POS software and services solution that would combine centralized visibility into its store operations with rapid implementation and multi-national capacity.
