What makes one retailer successful while a similar one struggles? Why do customers gravitate towards certain stores and never frequent others? These are the dilemmas many retailers are attempting to solve as each of them strives towards the same goals — attracting customers' attention and retaining their loyalty. Retailers know they need "it"; they simply aren't sure what "it" really is.
The March issue of Integrated Solutions for Retailers features vendor insight by Raymark's president, Marc Chriqui, and Communications Manager, Melanie Tabet, into how retailers can influence consumer buying patterns using CRM.

Raymark is pleased to announce that its Point-of-Sale solution has been selected for deployment throughout A&E Stores’ Strawberry, Pay Half and Bolton’s banners.
“We evaluated quite a few retail software vendors when looking to replace our POS solution,” states Bill Clayton, A&E’s MIS Director. “We were in a position where we needed to automate and streamline our processes, and were impressed with both Raymark’s products and its people. In the end, they offered the combination of features, functionality, services and value we were searching for, and we are confident they are a good fit for A&E going forward.”
“As a retail-specific software vendor, apparel and footwear are two of our strongest verticals,” says Marc Chriqui, Raymark’s President. “We have a deep understanding of what these retailers’ needs are, and I believe that came across to A&E during our discussions and demonstrations. With several banners to oversee, our real-time, centralized architecture will allow them to operate efficiently while providing them with the insight they require to make decisions throughout their entire chain.”

The RIS News Software Leaderboard, often referred to as the Oscars of retail technology, has named Raymark among the top 20 "most valuable vendors" in the retail software industry.
Raymark also made the top ten among mid-size vendors, as well as being singled-out as one of the leaders in Apparel/Footwear.
Although revenue plays a factor in the ranking, a large portion of the weight behind it comes from Customer Satisfaction. According to Joe Skorupa, Editor-in-Chief of the Leaderboard, vendors that make the list are the best-of-the-best.
We are proud to be among the leaders in our industry and are pleased to be referred so highly by those who matter most to us - our customers.
