World class exposition and cultural productions company select Raymark’s solutions to manage museum and gallery retail operations.
Montréal Canada, November 29, 2011 The RMN-Grand Palais, international organizer of expositions and cultural productions with museums across France has selected Raymark’s retail software Xpert-Series™ 2012 to manage its network of museum library-boutiques. Museums included under its banner include the Louvre Museum, Museé Orsay, Château de Versailles and the Grand Palais with over 40 locations in France.
Raymark’s Xpert-Series™ 2012 software suite will enable RMN-Grand Palais to control its retail commercial activities in a centralized environment, while providing the necessary independence required by each museum location.
“Raymark is privileged to have a client as prestigious as the RMN-Grand Palais. We are proud to be a part of this world renowned franchise by offering Raymark’s proven enterprise solutions for their network of museum boutiques,” says Jean Francois Codron, Vice President, Raymark.
Details of the licensing agreement include the use of Raymark’s Store solution to manage point of sale and store operations. The RMN-Grand Palais operates between one and forty registers or points of business per location. Store generated purchase orders will be managed using Raymark’s Purchasing module. To manage store back office requirements, RMN-Grand Palais acquired licenses of Raymark’s Merchandising system, a web-based solution that is fully integrated to the point of sale. Other solutions purchased include Raymark’s Replenishment to handle inventory replenishment and Raymark’s Reporting solution to provide dynamic reporting with a built-in report designer for customized views to handle the museum’s unique requirements.
