Global retail solutions provider expands upper management team
MONTREAL, Canada – June 10, 2009 - Raymark is pleased to announce the appointment
of its new President, Marc Chriqui, new Vice-President of Business Development,
Steven Quon, and new Vice-President of Raymark Europe Jean-François Codron
Claude Chriqui, who will continue to assume his role as CEO and Chairman of the
Board, states that “Raymark is currently undergoing significant client, resource
and technological growth, fueling a need for a new upper management structure within
the company. Marc, Steven, and Jean-François possess the combination of expertise,
business sense and foresight necessary in guiding the future of Raymark.”

About Marc Chriqui
Marc is an enthusiastic entrepreneur, software architect, marketer and customer
service advocate. Prior to joining Raymark, Marc was the founder and CEO of iLovetoPlay.com
– an innovative online networking service for sports enthusiasts. With a degree
in Computer Engineering, he has over a decade of experience as a Software Architect,
Manager and Technology Consultant for major software implementations in the Aerospace,
Investment Finance, Pharmaceutical, Energy, IT Consulting, and Retail industries.
In 2007, Marc joined Raymark as the company’s CRM Solutions Manager, becoming Director
of Marketing and Business Development in 2008.
About Steven Quon
Since joining Raymark in 1998 as a Sales Account Manager, Steven has held a multitude
of strategic roles within the company, including Business Strategy Manager and Director
of Sales. In addition to managing international partner relations and accounts,
he was also a key contributor to Raymark’s Xpert-Series™ product inception
and evolution. Steven has also been involved in most of Raymark’s account signings
involving prestigious retail organizations belonging to apparel, footwear, department
store, sporting goods, jewelry and specialty verticals. With over 10 years of service
at Raymark, Steven’s industry knowledge and achievements make him a natural choice
to assume his role of Vice-President of Business Development.
About Jean-François Codron
Jean-François completed a degree in Electronics and went on to complete a Masters
degree in Mathematics. Having held numerous positions in Sales, Marketing, Services,
R&D and Manufacturing, Jean- François’ extensive professional experience also includes
the creation and management of company subsidiaries in multiple countries across
Europe. Prior to joining Raymark, he held the position of VP of European Operations
at Percon Inc., a US - based developer and manufacturer of bar code reading products.
Jean-François began his career at Raymark in 2001 as General Manager and President
of the European subsidiary based in Paris.
