CLAUDE CHRIQUI, CEO
Dr. Claude Chriqui, PhD is passionate about computers, artificial intelligence and
mathematics. A leader in the Information Technologies field, he founded Raymark
in 1989.
Operating under Claude’s management and consulting experience in the design and
programming of its solutions, the company has since grown to become one of the world’s
leading retail software and solutions providers, with installations in over 40 countries.
MARC CHRIQUI, PRESIDENT
Marc is an enthusiastic entrepreneur, software architect, marketer and customer service advocate. With a degree in Computer Engineering, he has over a decade of experience as a Software Architect, Manager and Technology Consultant for major software implementations in the Aerospace, Investment Finance, Pharmaceutical, Energy, IT Consulting, and Retail industries. In 2007, Marc joined Raymark as the company’s CRM Solutions Manager, architecting CRM and Business Intelligence-driven retail applications. He became Director of Marketing and Business Development in 2008, prior to assuming his role as President in 2009. Throughout his career, Marc has traveled the world helping international retailers solve business problems, align innovation with best practices, and implement multi-channel, customer-centric retail technology.
WILL ROCHE, SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT
Will Roche is a passionate, creative leader who has been heavily-involved in the
conceptualization of Raymark’s customer centric CRM solution built on the Microsoft
Dynamics platform.
Having attended Clayton State University and Harvard Business School, Roche brings
with him 33 years of IT experience garnered at both IBM and Microsoft. His retail
life began at IBM in the early eighties with the introduction of the first PC-based
POS system, the 4680. He was responsible for managing the operating system and applications
teams for IBM’s 4680 solution support worldwide, as well as for the development
of fee-based operational service offerings for retailers, product development, and
the introduction of IBM’s first open architecture POS system for small and mid-size
retailers called the SureOne. Most notably, Roche headed up the partnership development
of the first of its kind value added industry distribution channel with then start-up
ScanSource based on the emerging “open system” Microsoft platform.
In 2002, Roche started at Microsoft, where he led a team charged with managing all
of the top retail and hospitality independent software vendors (ISV’s) worldwide.
In 2008, he was promoted into Microsoft’s Dynamics division, leading Microsoft’s
entry into the retail enterprise applications business with direct involvement in
application software acquisitions, partner channel development, marketing and brand
awareness, keynote public speaking and publication syndication.
Roche joined Raymark in January 2012 as Senior Vice-President.
JEAN-FRANCOIS CODRON, VICE-PRESIDENT RAYMARK EUROPE
Having held numerous positions in Sales, Marketing, Services, R&D and Manufacturing,
Jean- François’ extensive professional experience also includes the creation and
management of company subsidiaries in multiple countries across Europe. Prior to
joining Raymark, he held the position of VP of European Operations at Percon Inc.,
a US - based developer and manufacturer of bar code reading products.
Jean-François began his career at Raymark in 2001 as General Manager and President
of the European subsidiary based in Paris. He holds a degree in Electronics and
a Masters degree in Mathematics.
STEVEN QUON, VICE-PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Since joining Raymark in 1998 as a Sales Account Manager, Steven has held a multitude
of strategic roles within the company, including Business Strategy Manager and Director
of Sales.
In addition to managing international partner relations and accounts, he was also
a key contributor to Raymark’s Xpert-Series™ product inception and evolution,
as well as the development and support of our Asian office. With over 10 years of
service at Raymark, Steven’s industry knowledge and achievements make him a natural
choice to assume his role of Vice-President of Business Development.
DANIELLE CHAGNON, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Danielle has been with Raymark since its inception. She worked as an Assistant Controller
and Supervisor of Production for a furniture manufacturer before becoming a Controller
for a leather goods manufacturer. Joining Raymark in 1989, she became the company's
Corporate Controller in 2001 and has since been appointed Chief Financial Officer.
CLAUDE ROBERGE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Claude joined Raymark in 1999, where he started his career as a Project Manager, and was
later promoted to Special Projects Manager. Claude has also served as Customer Service
Manager and Director of Professional Services.
For the past five years Claude has focused on product development as Director of Production
and latterly, Director of Research and Development before being promoted to his current
role of Director of Operations, overseeing both the Professional Services and Production departments.
Claude holds a degree in Business Analysis with a minor in Computer Science.
SHERRY EGERTON, DIRECTOR OF SALES
Sherry's vast experience in retail includes ten years as a retail Store Manager,
followed by a role as Assistant Buyer for Birk’s Jewelers. Over the next five years,
Sherry held a position as a Store Manager and Regional Supervisor at Dynamite, a
Montreal-based fashion retailer with over 200 stores. With a strong mind for retailing,
Sherry moved on to work for a Montreal-based retail merchandising software vendor
as a Project Manager from 1995 to 2000 and spent a few years working as a Project
Manager in the accounting and ERP software market.
Sherry has been a member of Raymark’s Management team since 2006 as Director of
Sales Managers, Professional Services and Client Executive Services, and most recently has moved into Sales. She studied Commerce,
Management and Accounting.
HUIFANG XI, CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER OF RAYMARK ASIA
Huifang pursued her first career in Canada in 2002 as an Electrical Design Engineer.
She built a strong background in project management by working closely with Project
Directors and Chief Engineers on project planning and management.
When Raymark opened its Shanghai office in 2008, Huifang decided to take this opportunity
to join Raymark and manage the subsidiary. Huifang brings to Raymark her vast experience
in business management, which is actively strengthening Raymark’s presence in Asia.
She holds Bachelor degrees in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
MARC JAOUEN, DIRECTOR OF EMEA PARTNERSHIPS
Prior to joining Raymark, Marc had over 20 years experience in international project
management. He has worked with software vendors, software distributors, software
integrators and software customers, and was a business consultant at Capgemini for
7 years, specializing in supply-chain and retail. Marc’s experience also extends
to other sectors such as the hi-tech industry, B2B and B2C distribution, direct
sales and e-commerce. His experience is crucial in driving Raymark’s international
partnership development.
Marc holds a engineer degree (ENSTA, Paris) and has taught Project Management and
After-Sales Service in various French business schools.
