Software Architect – Microsoft Development Technologies

The Software Architect will be responsible for providing technical direction for the development, design, and integration of our software. The successful candidate will own the development lifecycle, manage technical resources and communicate and enforce coding standards.

Technical Writer - Technical Documentation

The Technical Writer will work closely with members of Development, QA and Professional Services to create technical documentation for all levels of internal use, document applications, and develop internal and commercial documents. The successful candidate should be comfortable working alone or in groups.

Requirements

  • Create and/or edit technical documentation for development and QA
  • Create guidelines, templates, reference materials, application notes and other documents for internal use
  • Work closely with architects, developers and other technical teams to create or edit documentation. Requires assertiveness and persistence to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Constantly search for opportunities to improve existing documents and processes
  • Develop and maintain a shared repository for all documentation on SharePoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience in English or Technical Communication, or equivalent combination of education and 3+ years of Technical and process documentation experience
  • Documentation experience in software development or a technical services organization is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Technical Communication suite. Knowledge of graphics editing program of Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro an asset

Technical Writer - End User Documentation

The Technical Writer for end user documentation will work closely with members of Education and Professional Services to create technical documentation for all levels of users, including manuals and online help.The successful candidate should be comfortable working alone or in groups.

  • Plan, design, write, edit and maintain the documentation, including manuals, online help, user guides, tutorials and other training materials

Technical Analyst - Customer Service

The Technical Analyst - Customer Service will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring that response and issue resolution occurs within the predefined objectives, reviewing customer issue history so that timely quality service is provided to the customer base, providing timely response, updates and technical resolution to ensure client satisfaction is maintained at all times, issuing ownership for all requests assigned for resolution, proper issue coding and closure of technical service requests created and maintained within our internal systems, providing ongoing feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role will also involve maintaining database systems, establishing policies and procedures to ensure proper management, security and maintenance of databases, diagnosing problems encountered in SQL, developing TSQL scripts to manage and resolve clients’ DB problems, training and responding to questions by Raymark's technical employees, inserting corrections and scripts within the database, and optimize database queries and performance.

Requirements

  • Degree or Certificate/Diploma in MIS BA in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business development activity for the full suite of Raymark products within Canada. The Business Analyst will also develop and cultivate new business opportunities within the existing customer base. The role will also involve using innovative, needs-based selling strategies to help the Sales Department achieve new business quotas (outbound telephone contacts), assisting with key eSeminars, trade shows, and other live events, tracking sales activities as required to achieve contact strategy quotas, working cross-functionally to coordinate with internal departments as required to develop and coordinate sales opportunities (pre-Sales, sales executives), d developing a solid understanding of the Raymark product suite and be able to give a high level overview (Powerpoint) at short notice, participating and hosting extensive discovery sessions with the Sales Department, actively participating in sales meetings and ongoing training and development, communicating with C-Level contacts within the retail industry.

  • At least 5 years of business-to-business sales experience

ASP.NET Developers (Intermediate and Senior)

ASP .NET Developers will be working in a fast-paced team setting, so they must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and eager to learn.

Requirements

  • Be able to work with ASP.NET, AJAX, .NET Framework 2.0 +, C#, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008, HTML, JS, DHTML, .NET globalization concepts (Culture, source files, etc.) XML Web Services, Silverlight, 4.0 +, Blend 4., XAML, WPF, WCFUniversity degree (preferably in Commerce / Business Administration)
  • Have the knowledge of cross-browser CSS/JavaScript development
  • Have experience with object-oriented development and database schema design

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating customer implementations, helping customers establish priorities and ensuring that the project scope is clearly-defined. The successful candidate will also manage internal company projects, including the development of new product versions and applications.

  • Post-secondary education

Powerbuilder Developer

The Powerbuilder developer will be responsible for performing feasibility analysis of proposed development projects, performing the analysis, design and development of commercial applications according to specifications, maintenaning and supporting applications, perform unit testing, and documenting the development of applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or computer engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience in programming
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBuilder
  • Good knowledge of C#
  • Knowledge of the retail industry an asset
  • Bilingual (French, English)

SQL Developer

The SQL Developer will be responsible for performing the analysis of software enhancements, modifications and bug corrections, programming in C # and SQL, performing individual tests, and documenting and developing the applications, . The Powerbuilder developer will be responsible for performing feasibility analysis of proposed development projects, performing the analysis, design and development of commercial applications according to specifications, maintenaning and supporting applications, perform unit testing, and documenting the development of applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in SQL programming and optimization
  • Minimum 2 years experience in C# .NET
  • Knowledge of the database model design
