- The Quality Assurance Analyst will plan, document and execute test cases for existing
applications and new products. The ideal candiate must investigate and report problems and verify fixed issues.
The ideal candiate will write internal technical notes on tested functionalities.
The ideal candiate will participate conjointly with the development team members in the analysis and revision of functionalities
and provide support and training to other departments within the company.
Skills and Qualifications:

- College diploma (DEC) in computer science or university degree in software engineer or equivalent work experience

Sales Account Manager
Reports to: Sales Director
Job Objective
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development activity for the full suite of Raymark
products within the United-States. Your goal is to develop and cultivate business opportunities within new accounts. The Senior
Account Manager will work under the Sales Director and collaborate with his/her colleagues within the Sales department as well as
other key departments. Knowledge of the retail industry is essential.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass established sales targets
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan
- Qualify and develop targeted accounts
- Develop and maintain strong partner and customer relationships
- Generate, qualify, and keep on top of follow-ups with prospects (within an assigned territory)
- Work in collaboration with the pre-sales team to bring prospects to closure
- Work in collaboration with marketing in order to help drive campaigns
- Lead and collaborate in the response to RFP’s, RFI’s with various Raymark departments
- Give executive level presentations
- Conduct contract negotiations
- Attend trade shows and exhibits
- Ensure all activities are reflected in the CRM and that all data is up to date
- Travel as needed (75/25 % office to travel ratio)
- Complete all mandatory product training
- Become proficient on presenting the Raymark value proposition across our entire solution suite
- Maintain a high level of industry and competitor knowledge

The Retail Business Analyst/Product Specialist will be responsible for the research, development,
documentation and management of requirements for Raymark's implementation team as well as internal
and external training. This candidate will perform functional gap analyses,
develop business use cases and process flows, and determine technical requirements to
support the implementation and deployment of new business functionality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education, Attestation of Professional Studies (AEP)
- At least two (2) years experience in retail and customer service
- Experience with one or more of the following; Store Operations, Purchasing,
Open-to-Buy, Replenishment, Warehouse Processing, Inventory Control
- Experience in functional analysis, software training, system analysis,
business analysis or business systems analysis, including building Product Requirements Documents (PRD)
- Experience implementing mission-critical application systems following a proper software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in impact analysis and use case writing
- Willing to travel frequently
- Some project management experience an asset
- General knowledge of computer development and the management of operational
